This policy applies to eligible chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, and related lighting products shipped within the United States.

Shipping Region

Sonqen currently ships orders within the United States.

Transaction Currency

All orders and transactions are processed in USD.

Business Days

Sonqen’s business days are Monday–Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days when calculating handling, transit, or estimated delivery times.

Order Cut-Off Time

Sonqen’s daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-8), Monday–Friday.

Orders placed by the cut-off time begin processing according to Sonqen’s stated handling period. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT-8) begin processing on the following business day.

Handling Time

Orders require 1–2 business days for processing, preparation, and shipment.

Handling time begins according to the applicable order cut-off time and is counted only on Monday–Friday.

Transit Time

After an order has shipped, standard delivery normally requires 7–9 business days.

Transit time begins after the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days.

This estimate consists of 1–2 business days of handling time and 7–9 business days of transit time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. An unexpected carrier disruption or delivery issue may affect the final delivery date.

Shipping Cost

Sonqen provides free standard shipping for eligible orders shipped within the United States.

There is no standard shipping charge added to the order.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, Sonqen will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.

Tracking information may require additional time to become active after the shipping carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Customers should provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Review your address carefully before completing checkout. Contact Sonqen as soon as possible if you notice an address error. Address changes may not be possible after an order has shipped.
