Where does Sonqen ship?

Sonqen currently sells and ships eligible lighting products within the United States.

Standard shipping is provided free of charge for eligible orders.

What is Sonqen’s order cut-off time?

The daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-8), Monday–Friday.

Orders placed after the cut-off time begin processing on the following business day.

What days are considered business days?

Sonqen’s business days are Monday–Friday.

Saturdays and Sundays are not counted when calculating handling, transit, inspection, refund processing, or customer-service response times.

When will I receive tracking information?

After your order has shipped, Sonqen will send an email containing a tracking link.

Please review the email address entered during checkout to ensure that shipping updates can be delivered correctly.

How long does the return inspection take?

After Sonqen receives an approved return, the product is inspected within 1–3 business days.

When the inspection is complete and the refund is approved, refund processing begins according to the Return and Refund Policy.

Are there any restocking fees?

No. Sonqen does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns or exchanges.

Approved returns and exchanges also include a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
