Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have the right to direct Sonqen not to sell or share your personal information.
Under certain privacy laws, the terms “sell” and “share” may include some disclosures of personal information involving advertising, analytics, cookies, pixels, or similar website technologies, even when personal information is not exchanged for direct monetary payment.
This page explains how an eligible customer may submit an opt-out request.
Submit an Opt-Out Request
You may submit a request through Sonqen’s Privacy Choices tool at:

You may also submit a request by emailing info@sonqen.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share Request.”
In your message, provide your name, the email address associated with your interactions or orders, your state of residence, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information by email.
Global Privacy Control
You may use a browser or browser extension that supports the Global Privacy Control, commonly known as GPC.
Where required by applicable law, a recognized GPC signal will be treated as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with the browser or device sending the signal.
A browser-based signal may not automatically apply to another browser, device, or customer account unless the request can reasonably be connected to them.
Processing Your Request
Sonqen may request information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant records, understand the request, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable privacy requirements.
Any information provided in connection with an opt-out request will be used for processing and documenting the request.
Sonqen will not discriminate against an eligible customer for exercising an applicable privacy right. Exercising an opt-out right will not result in a customer being charged a different price or receiving a different level of service unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Authorized Agents
Where permitted by applicable law, an authorized agent may submit an opt-out request on your behalf.
Sonqen may request information showing that the agent has permission to act for you. Sonqen may also contact you directly when reasonably necessary to confirm the request.
Children’s Personal Information
Sonqen does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under the age required for consent under applicable law without the required authorization.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information may contact info@sonqen.com.
Other Privacy Rights
An opt-out request is separate from requests to access, correct, or delete personal information.

Changes to This Notice
Sonqen may update this notice when its website technologies, privacy practices, or applicable legal requirements change.
