Sonqen provides free standard shipping for eligible orders shipped within the United States. After an order has shipped, customers receive an email containing a tracking link.

Delivery estimates are provided to help customers plan for their orders, but they are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier operations and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the final delivery date.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days from delivery.

Returns must be reviewed and approved before a product is sent back. After approval, Sonqen provides a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Customers must download, print, and attach the label to the return package before shipping the product according to the provided instructions.

Exchanges are available for eligible products. Sonqen does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns or exchanges.

After a returned product is received, it is inspected within 1–3 business days. When the return passes inspection and the refund is approved, the refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method.
