Accepted Payment Methods

Sonqen accepts the following payment methods:

Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal Wallet, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.

Only payment methods displayed and available during checkout may be used to complete an order.

Transaction Currency

All product prices, payments, and refunds are processed in United States dollars (USD).

Customers should review the order total, billing information, shipping information, and payment details before completing checkout.

Billing Information

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing information when placing an order.

Order Confirmation

After an order is successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges that the order was received. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent separately after the order has shipped.

Shipping Policy Overview

Sonqen provides free standard shipping for eligible orders shipped within the United States.

Orders require 1–2 business days for handling. After shipment, transit normally requires 7–9 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days.

Return and Refund Policy Overview

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery.

Approved returns and exchanges include a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Sonqen does not charge a restocking fee.

After a returned product is received, it is inspected within 1–3 business days. When the return passes inspection and the refund is approved, the refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method.
